Welcome to ATLAS VENTURE COLLEGE SPORTS CONSULTING LLC ("Atlas Venture," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any associated content provided through https://www.atlasventuresports.com ("Website"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Atlas Venture provides educational and advisory consulting services to student-athletes and their families seeking to understand and navigate the U.S. college recruitment and admissions process. Our services include, but are not limited to, academic and athletic preparation, NCAA eligibility education, recruitment strategy development, and support with communication best practices.

We do not represent student-athletes in negotiations with colleges, athletic programs, or coaches, nor do we act as agents. Our role is strictly educational and supportive, in line with NCAA guidelines and amateurism standards.

2. No Guarantees

Atlas Venture does not guarantee scholarship offers, college admissions, recruitment by sports programs, or any specific outcomes. While we provide support and professional insight, the final decisions regarding admission, financial aid, and athletic participation are made by colleges, universities, and athletic programs at their sole discretion.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with outcomes or changes in personal plans.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is complete, accurate, and truthful.

5. Payment and Fees

All service fees must be paid in full as outlined in your service agreement before delivery begins. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time and will provide notice to existing clients of any changes. Failure to make payment may result in suspended access to services.

6. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Actively participate and communicate throughout the process.

  • Provide accurate and updated personal and academic information.

  • Follow all applicable rules and regulations set by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other collegiate governing bodies.

  • Understand and follow each college’s unique admissions and athletic program requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including logos, graphics, materials, and documentation, is the property of Atlas Venture or its content providers. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Venture is not responsible for any losses, delays, or negative outcomes resulting from your participation in the college recruitment or admissions process. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, athletic departments, or governing bodies, including the NCAA.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlas Venture, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unethical conduct in connection with the recruitment process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nebraska.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
